Where are we located?

Icon IT are currently located in Drogheda (Ireland), and Sydney (Australia).

How much is my website likely to cost?

This will obviously depend on your exact requirments, but a standard 4-7 page business website with no e-commerce functionality is likely to cost around 500 euro, or 700 Australian Dollars. This includes web design, website support, domain name registration and hosting fees - basically that is all you have to pay to get your business online.

Are there any ongoing costs?

You will have to pay an annual support & maintenence fee which is usually 150 euro, or 220 Australian Dollars. (You do not have to pay this for year 1 as it is included in the initial design fee).

How long will it take?

Usually 3-4 weeks, but this can depend on how quickly you provide us with required information. We can also do a staged launch, where we get a simple homepage up in a matter of days and follow through with the complete website at a later date.

Who keeps my website content up-to-date?

For the most part this will be you. We will provide you with software you can use to make simple ongoing changes to your site. We can assist where necessary, and will also make small ad/hoc changes for free under your maintenance agreement. Please note however that repeated or major editing of content by Icon IT, or structural design changes to the site are not included and would be quoted for separately.

How can I pay?

You can settle your final bill by cash (if practical), cheque, electronic funds transfer, credit card or PayPal.
